📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily livestock operations, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring.
• Implement and monitor animal health programs to ensure the well-being of livestock.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of livestock facilities.
• Develop and execute feeding programs to maximize animal performance and productivity.
• Monitor and record livestock performance data, including growth rates, reproduction rates, and mortality rates.
• Collaborate with the farming team to implement sustainable and efficient farming practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in livestock management and apply them to improve farm operations.
• Provide training and support to farm staff on best practices in animal husbandry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestock farming or a related role.
• Certification in livestock management or animal husbandry is a plus.
• Familiarity with farm management software such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and feeding programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
