In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to create comprehensive, tailored quotations for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group travel. You’ll leverage your deep knowledge of Bali’s attractions, accommodations, and transportation to provide clients with the best value. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present competitive quotations for MICE and group travel, including detailed itineraries, pricing, and terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quotations meet client requirements and company policies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies for MICE and group travel.
• Negotiate with suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers, to secure the best rates and services.
• Maintain and update a database of suppliers, including contact information, pricing, and service offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the quotation process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in MICE and group travel.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE or group travel, preferably in a sales or operations role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry, including key attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
• Certification in a relevant travel or sales field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
