📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and lead a variety of engaging activities and games for children aged 3-12.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
• Assist with craft activities and educational games to promote learning and development.
• Create a fun and inclusive environment where all children feel welcome and valued.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their children's activities and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
• Certification in childcare or early childhood education is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Energetic, patient, and compassionate attitude.
• First aid certification is a plus.
