📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Stock and organize products on the shelves to maintain a well-presented store.
• Promote Watsons products and services to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kg.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
