You'll use our proprietary software, KSPPS Microfinance System, to manage client accounts, process loans, and provide financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts and provide financial advice to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Process loans and other financial transactions using KSPPS Microfinance System.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Ubud, Denpasar, and other beautiful locations across Bali.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their financial concerns are addressed.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess their financial needs and provide personalized financial advice.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates to ensure they are on track to achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial services industry and apply this knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, microfinance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with KSPPS Microfinance System or similar financial software is a plus.
