📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives in people & organization development, recruitment, and talent management.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline HR processes.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on people & organization development, recruitment, and talent management.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP, are a plus.
• Proven experience in using HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
