📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
