📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage the company's financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closing.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Oversee the financial performance of departments and ensure they are meeting their financial targets.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and financial landscape is a plus.
