📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment
