📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate architectural projects from inception to completion,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines,Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress,Prepare and present project reports and proposals to stakeholders,Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards,Mentor and train junior staff in architectural coordination and project management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination,Strong knowledge of architectural design software and tools,Excellent project management and organizational skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus
