Urban Life Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Banjarmasin. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Monitor and evaluate the restaurant's performance, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's overall business strategy.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food and beverage procurement.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology is a plus.,Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.,Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
