📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and breads, to meet customer demand and restaurant specifications.,Create and develop new pastry recipes and menu items to keep the menu exciting and fresh.,Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the kitchen.,Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient food preparation.,Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure that all pastries meet the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for baking and pastries.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
