📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a consistent supply of products.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance store performance.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or operations management industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
