📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.

Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage and mentor operational staff.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with operational software and tools.

Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
