📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
