📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the company's financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
