In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to identify learning and development needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees on their learning and development journey.,Contribute to the development of the company's learning and development culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning and development tools and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within Indonesia as needed.
