📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to support employee development and organizational goals.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Evaluate and select training providers and resources to ensure quality and relevance.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.,Ability to adapt to changing learning needs and organizational requirements.
