📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings within the company.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback to candidates on their interview performance and hiring decisions.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
