Salon Citra Electronics is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Magetan. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Work closely with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
