📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
• Manage a team of front desk and housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and room inventory.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.
• Represent the hotel at events and functions, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in front office or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with PMS (Property Management System) software, such as Opera or Siteminder, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
