📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to participants to ensure their learning needs are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
