Max Camp Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy F&B Service to join our team in Koja, Jakarta Raya. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating the F&B service operations.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Train and supervise F&B staff to maintain service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Assist in planning and organizing events and special services.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in budgeting and cost control for F&B services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
