📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.,Coordinate with the banquet manager to ensure all guest requests are met.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist with the serving of food and beverages during events.,Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet facilities after events.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality or banquet services is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and facilities.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
