Health and Safety Officer (K3) - Construction Projects

PT Egamekinka Pratama is a leading construction company in Jawa Barat, known for our commitment to safety and quality. We are seeking a Health and Safety Officer (K3) to join our team and ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment across our construction projects.

As a Health and Safety Officer (K3) at PT Egamekinka Pratama, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to our workforce. You will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that all safety standards are met and that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP Safety, OSHA, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
